e-CamTechnologies.com warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. e-CamTechnologies.com will repair, or at it's option, replace this product without charge with respect to the parts and labor, providing our examination indicates that a defect exists. This warranty does not include damage caused by abuse, improper handling, maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, flood, moisture or animal damage. This warranty is valid only for the original owner. This warranty applies to customers who properly register the e-Cam within 30 days of purchase. Failure to accept the terms and conditions voids this warranty. The rechargeable battery supplied is not part of this warranty. For warranty or non-warranty repairs, contact e-CamTechnologies.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No service returns will be accepted without this pre-return authorization number. All claims must be made to e-CamTechnologies within 60 days of the end of the warranty period. Product should be securely packed with return postage prepaid and insured to:
