The e-SiteCam transmits at 8 times the output power of normal cellular phones, so signal strength is usually greater even at the edge of coverage area.
Do I need to sign a cellular contract?
No. Once you sign up your credit card will be billed monthly by e-SiteWatchman.com. All cellular & web based service are provided with one monthly fee.
How easy is it to set up?
VERY simple. Just screw the mounting bracket to a solid mounting area such as a tree, post, door frame, etc. Slide the e-SiteCam onto the mounting bracket. Hook up the solar charger. Use the Key to turn the e-SiteCam On. A light will come on in the front and glow AMBER It will then Blink AMBER while it contacts the web site and gets new settings, If there is signal it will turn Green, if there is no signal it will turn Red No Light = No Power (your battery is dead, charge it).
What is "Picture on Demand"
"Picture-on-Demand" allows you to take a picture right from the e-SiteWatchman web based camera control. Simply click the "Take a Picture" button and your e-SiteCam will post a picture to e-SiteWatchman. During periods of poor weather, high cellular trafic or other cellular slow times your picture may take up to 1 hour. The normal time is approximately 10 min.
How do I know when it took pictures?
The e-SiteCam will send a notification to an e-mail anywhere in the world to notify you that you have e-SiteWatchman. Then simply log on to e-SiteWatchman.com to view your pictures.
How many pictures does it take?
Your e-SiteWatchman account allows you to store up-to 3000 pictures. Plus free on-line management allows you to create albums for sorting your pictures.
What is the resolution of the pictures?
The e-SiteCam takes either a .3 Megapixel or 1.3 Megapixel picture. You control the resolution from your web based picture management. No need to drive out to the e-SiteCam to change it.
What if someone steals my e-SiteCam?
Anyone who steals an e-SiteCam will not be able to view any pictures. Only your secure login allows viewing on the website. The e-SiteCam becomes useless to anyone who steals it.
I only want to use it for a few months at a time. Can I deactivate it?
You may deactivate your camera at any time. There are two options.

- Suspend your camera activation and save the pictures on your web site, continue to have login access. $10 per month (your camera will not send pictures during this time)

- Discontinue service on camera. All of the pictures and albums will be deleted and your login will be suspended. A reactivation fee of $50 will be charged when you restart your camera.
What if I buy multiple cameras?
Multiple cameras can all be viewed under your private login. Just click on the camera you want to view the pictures.
What is my warranty?
12 Months from date of purchase. The warranty is started when you activate your e-SiteCam. You are automatically registered. To view the warranty CLICK HERE
How does it work?
The e-SiteCam captures a photo and sends it over a high-speed cellular network to a private website for viewing. You will be notified by e-mail that you have e-SiteWatchman waiting for you.
